Basic Health stores your nutrition, fitness, settings, and saved-library data in Firebase under your signed-in account.

Information We Store

We store the information you choose to log in the app, including meals, foods, workouts, saved libraries, preferences, and account settings.

AI Nutrition Estimates

AI nutrition estimates send only the photos and descriptions you choose to submit to our AI provider so an estimate can be returned. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want analyzed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers, such as Firebase and payment providers, only to operate the app and related account services.

Your Controls

You can export your account backup from Settings and delete your account and stored app data at any time.
